OUR CLASSES AND SERVICES

We have a well-equipped, modern, and clean gym with free weights, resistance machines, and cardio equipment. More than enough to stay healthy and strong.

 

We host regular fitness classes and our sports hall is used for a variety of activities such as football, roller derby, badminton, trampolining, gymnastics, and more.

We have a full-height sports hall that is available for hire, as is our fitness studio. These can also be hired out for children's parties and events. Drop us a message on the chat button at the bottom of the page to find out more.

Our standard pricing from the 1st of April 2025 for use of the gym and classes are  as follows:

£5.00 per session

£10.00 per week

£25.00 per month

Couples Membership: £44.00 per Month

Classes run during term time only.

Classes are also included with the monthly pass or £5.00 per class
