Our strategy for success
in 2021 our board members came together to develop 'Mellish 2025 ': a plan to be fully financially stable, successful, and a cornerstone of the community by 2025. We created 5 pillars of activity, overseen by a different senior board member; to ensure that we took an outcomes-focused approach to develop the Mellish into a competitive and attractive community centre.
